Chrysanthemum Tea Recipe for 2
Ingredient
- 50g dried chrysanthemum flowers
- 1.5 litre water
- Ginseng Roots (optional)
- 50g rock sugar (adjust to taste)
Direction:
- Soaked chrysanthemum in water for 20 minutes.
- Boil the water and add Chrysanthemum and Ginseng Roots
- Add Rock Sugar to taste
- Turn off the stove when sugar has dissolved
- Strain the chrysanthemum flower out
- Drink chilled or at room temperature.
Tip: Add Fructus Momordicae (Luo Han Guo – soak for 20 min) along with chrysanthemum tea to treat itchy throat and cough.
