Osmanthus Jelly Recipe

Jelly

  • 10g Konnyaku Jelly Powder from red man
  • 150g Sugar
  • 950ml water

Topping

  • 2 Tsp Dried Osmantus Flowers
  • 2 Tsp Wolfberries/Goji Berry soaked in water until puffy

Direction

1.     Mix Jelly powder and sugar. Make sure it is well mix before adding it to water

2.     In a pot, add jelly mixture to water and bring it to Boil

3.     Continue to stir until boil. Reduce heat to low and add Osmanthus flower to simmer for 1 minute

4.     Pour Mixture into Jelly mould and add wolfberries

5.     Let the Jelly cool down in room temperature and chill in the refrigerator until jelly is set

6.     Served chilled
